What is collected

Your name, email address and anything you choose to share in an enquiry or booking. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on this website.

How it is used

Only to reply to you, arrange and deliver sessions, send booking confirmations and reminders, and keep the records required for tax. Your information is never sold, and never used for marketing without your consent.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is treated as confidential. Session notes, if kept, are stored securely and used only to support your work together.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information held about you at any time by writing to hello@embodyyourlife.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
